The EA reads the week's red-folder USD events from ForexFactory, with MT5's own economic calendar as a backup. Timing comes from your broker's tick clock, so "fifteen seconds before" means fifteen seconds on the trade server.

Read this before you buy
News trading is fast and unforgiving. Here's what that means in practice.
- Your broker matters most.Spreads widen and stop orders can fill with slippage at the release. A low-latency ECN account and a VPS near your broker make the biggest difference.
- Some releases go nowhere.If price doesn't reach either order, nothing happens. If it spikes one way and snaps back before the trailing stop starts, the trade closes at its stop loss.
- Check your prop firm's rules.Many funded-account programmes don't allow trading around news. Read their terms before you attach it.
- No result is promised.Past results don't predict future ones and you can lose money. Start on a demo account if you like: you can move the licence to your live account straight away.
- MT5 has to be running.The EA only works while MetaTrader 5 is open and connected at release time. A Windows VPS keeps it online around the clock.
Questions people ask
Which brokers does it work with?
Any MetaTrader 5 broker that offers gold. Attach it to your broker's gold symbol, whether that's called XAUUSD, GOLD or something like XAUUSD.r. It works on 2-digit and 3-digit gold quotes and scales its point distances automatically.
Can I use it on more than one account?
One licence runs on one MT5 account at a time. For a second account at the same time, buy a second licence. You can move a licence to a different account from your account page once every 30 days.
Does it work on a Mac or on MetaTrader 4?
It's built for MetaTrader 5 on Windows. It doesn't run on MT4. On a Mac, use a Windows VPS. They cost a few euros a month and keep MT5 online even when your computer is off.
What happens when a monthly plan ends?
You get three extra days. After that the EA stops placing new orders and removes its pending orders. A trade that's already open keeps trailing until its stop closes it. Pay again and it starts working on its own.
Can I change the settings?
Yes. Lot size, entry distance, stop loss, trailing start and distance, how long before and after each release it runs, and the currency it watches are all inputs. There's also an always-on mode that trades continuously instead of only around news.
Does the EA see my password or move my money?
No. It runs inside your own MT5 and never sees your password. It sends your account number, status and closed trades to your private dashboard, and you can switch that off in the inputs. We never hold or manage client funds.
How do refunds work?
If it isn't for you, ask for a refund from your account page within 7 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back. The licence is switched off when the refund goes through. Refund policy.
How fast do I get it?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal payments are instant: your licence key appears on screen and by email. Crypto takes as long as the network confirmations. Bank transfers are activated when the money arrives, usually within one or two working days.
